Interco provides a Nationwide consultancy and insolvency practitioner service offering advice and practical solutions. Meetings can be held at our offices in Central London , Bromley Kent , Croydon Surrey and Brighton Sussex, at key travel hubs countrywide or at your own premises.

Interco assistance to Directors takes many different forms :

> New financing, or fast book debts collection, or defence against distraint, so as to defeat a financial crisis and trade forward successfully.

> Action to protect the personal position of its Owner or Director, avoiding personal liability, securing their loans to the company against its assets, or effecting a rapid discharge of personally guaranteed overdrafts.

> Negotiating with Creditors to effect an agreed closure which avoids Liquidation.

> A carefully managed Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, Administration, Receivership or a Company Voluntary Arrangement.

> A legally arranged, successful restart of the business, keeping assets and customers, cancelling all past debts, with optional supportive investment
